NONE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER
Ordering Is Relatively Easy
You can order by telephone; 0131 466 9924 Monday-Friday
8.30am-6.00pm or fill in our on-line order form and e-mail it to us.
For made to measure garments you pick any pattern displayed, take measurements as shown and e-mail or send them to us. We will send you fabric swatches in case you do not like the colour or fabric we have chosen. Once sizes are received a muslin template will be made and sent back to you. You send the muslin template back to us with any alterations to garment noted. This is to reduce wrong sizing of your garment. You can also pick your own fabric and finishing's. If you chose this option fabric must be appropriate for garment wanted.
Ready made items
Simply pick any garment and e/mail us to check availability. We will automatically hold the item, if available, for 7 days or until payment is made. It will then be despatched.
Payment and Invoicing
Delivery cost is included for those living in Scotland. Shipping costs are not included please e-mail us for details.
We accept credit card payment through pay pal or by personal check.

Remittance Terms:
Ready made and made to order garments must be paid for in full before they are despatched. We will hold garments for 7 days whilst payment is processed. We will e-mail a customer reference number to you. This reference number must be kept and used in all correspondence with us.
Shipping and handling
All our garments are shipped first class post, if this is unsuitable we can ship special delivery within the UK at extra cost. All our garments are sent within plastic covers and boxed for added protection. Your customer reference number is also on the address label.
Delivery time scale:
Ready made garments are normally despatched the day after payment is received. This is usually within 7-10 working days.
All made to order goods will take approximately 5-8 weeks from us receiving your payment. An extra charge of £50.00 is added for this service and is non-refundable.
Returns Policy
All goods found to be faulty or sent in error will be refunded in full.
All ready made garments can be returned if not fully satisfied and will be refunded in full
Made to order items;
There is a 7 day period from date of order when the order can be cancelled. Full refunds cannot be offered. We will only consider % refunds in special circumstances. If you send correct measurements the fit should be correct. E-mail us for details.
All garments must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their complete original packaging and as sent out. We can only accept returns unworn and in original
packaging.
We try and be as flexible and helpful as possible and believe in good customer service. We are human and do make errors, where this happens we will do our utmost to rectify them as quickly as possible.
If you wish to return goods please e-mail us to let us know
the garment is coming back to us.

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the garment to you in error. 24 hours advance notice is required for returns. We cannot be responsible for parcels that we do not receive.
Credit card and check payment
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using the pay-pal system over the internet. Buttons’n’Bows receive no personal information about your credit card unless you supply it to us. Payment goes straight into our bank account.
Check payment
Checks should be made payable to ‘Buttons’n’Bows’, have correct amount and date written on it.
Privacy Policy
We will only use the information supplied by you to process your order and to supply you with the best possible service. All information is held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not supply your details to any third party now or in the future. The information held by us includes: your name, home address, e-mail address, your measurements and garments ordered.
